This online platform is provided by Verified Rishta ('the Company'). It establishes a legal agreement between you and Verified Rishta. By accessing and using this website, you are consenting to comply with the terms set forth below. The completion of the application form serves as a contractual offer on your part, subject to these Terms and Conditions. Upon our acceptance, a binding contractual relationship between you and Verified Rishta is established. Membership Conditions: Verified Rishta is an exclusive members club, accepting applications solely from single, widowed, divorced, or legally separated adults adhering to the Muslim faith and aged 18 years or above. Membership is strictly for personal use, and you may not authorize others to use your account or transfer your account to another entity.

We utilize a third-party Stripe ID service to verify your identity, ensuring an added layer of security and authenticity in our membership process.

We cooperate with law enforcement and reserve the right to disclose your information to authorities if we believe it is necessary or appropriate in connection with fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other potentially illegal activities.

Membership Fees: To be considered for membership, you must submit a completed application form, the required fee payable to "Verified Rishta Ltd," and a non-returnable photograph. Payment for our service can be made online through various methods, and fees are payable weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your chosen membership package. Refunds are not provided unless agreed upon due to an error acknowledged by both parties.

It is your responsibility to ensure timely payment, and failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of membership. Subsequent fees are subject to our current rate card, with notice provided 30 days before the end of the relevant period.

Delivery times for purchased services can vary, depending on your payment method.

Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for verifying the bona fides of individuals you are introduced to and for your interactions with other members. Your profile data must accurately represent the details of the single person using the profile. You must not post defamatory, abusive, obscene, or illegal material, and you should not disclose personal contact information within your profile.

Our Responsibilities: We reserve the right to reject applications without providing a reason, expel members for serious complaints, and suspend, amend, or delete profiles for various reasons.

Termination of membership is your responsibility, and you must delete your profile after expiration unless you choose to renew.

Liability: We do not accept liability for your behavior after introductions, any information shared with third parties, or any actions at social events. Our liability is limited to the fee paid by you.

Opinions and Content: We are not responsible for opinions, advice, or content posted by users. You acknowledge that offensive material may be present on the site, and you are responsible for your use of the services.
